Holograms are frequently offered on 6 x 6 inch sheets. There is no requirement for a space between two square or rectangular holograms with sharp corners, but a gap of 2 to 3 mm is required for circular holograms with round corners or other custom designs. The hologram can be produced in 24/36 micron thicknesses. Hologram labels are frequently supplied in sheet form for manual application.
Holograms can be supplied in roll form or spool form for enterprises when the quantities are huge and hand application of the holograms is impractical. The holograms are offered on spools with a minimum distance between each hologram of 2.5 to 3 mm. These holograms are dispensed automatically, allowing for both human and automatic application. The hologram can be supplied in 36 micron thicknesses.
